1. Mandatory Consultation Form (All Clients)

All clients are required to complete a consultation form prior to their appointment. This applies to every service, without exception.

The consultation form allows us to:

• Understand your hair history and current hair condition

• Identify any allergies, sensitivities, or previous chemical treatments

• Assess the suitability of your selected service

• Ensure all health, safety, and professional standards are met

Please note: Failure to complete the consultation form may result in your appointment being delayed, adjusted, or cancelled.

2. In-Depth Face-to-Face Consultation (£15)

For advanced or higher-risk services, a face-to-face consultation is mandatory before an appointment can proceed.

This applies to, but is not limited to:

• Hair dye/colour services

• Colour corrections

• Bleaching or lightening services

• Texture releases, relaxers, or chemical treatments

• Major hair transformations or detailed hair analysis

Consultation Details:

• Cost: £15

• Duration: Approximately 20–30 minutes

• Payment: Required at the time of booking

During your face-to-face consultation, our specialists will carry out a comprehensive assessment, which may include:

• Detailed hair and scalp analysis

• Patch testing (where required for colour or chemical services)

• Review of hair history and previous treatments

• Colour theory assessment and shade suitability

• Hair health evaluation and risk assessment

• Style, length, and maintenance recommendations

• Honest, professional advice on what can and cannot be safely achieved

• A personalised service plan and aftercare guidance
