Is a consultation required before my appointment?
Yes. All clients must complete a mandatory consultation form before their appointment. For advanced or high-risk services (such as colouring, bleaching, or chemical treatments), an in-depth face-to-face consultation (£15) is required.
Can I book multiple services in one appointment?
Yes. Multiple services can be booked during the same visit, subject to availability. Please ensure each service is selected during booking so enough time is allocated.
Do you cater for special events (weddings, birthdays, photoshoots)?
Yes! We provide event glam packages for bridal parties, birthdays, and special occasions. Please enquire in advance for tailored packages.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

How can I book an appointment?

Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, we accept walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. However, to ensure your slot is secured, we recommend booking an appointment in advance.
How do I reschedule my appointment?
For wig installs, sew-ins, and other services, you can either bring your own hair or purchase directly from Lewa in advance. Please note: hair takes 5–7 working days to arrive, so ensure you pre-order in time as availability is limited.
Can I bring a friend/child with me?
To maintain a professional and comfortable environment, we kindly ask that only 1 friend/ child attends the appointment with you and remains seated in the waiting area. Babies under 2 are welcome.
Do you provide hair or should I bring mine?
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your booking. After this time, deposits will be lost.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit will be deducted from your final balance.
What happens if I’m late?
We allow a 30-minute grace period. Anything beyond this may result in a reduced service time, cancellation, or a £10 late fee.
