Lewa Studios – Terms of Service

OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Lewa Studios Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lewa Studios. Lewa Studios offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including those additional terms and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, vendors, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Wix.com Ltd, which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services online.

PART A – SALON SERVICES

1. Booking & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
  • Deposits may be transferable if rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows result in forfeiture of the deposit.

2. Service Policy

  • All salon services are final and non-refundable once completed.
  • If you experience an issue, you must notify us within 48 hours of your appointment.
  • We will aim to resolve concerns fairly, which may include inviting you back for an assessment or corrective service.
  • Refunds or complimentary corrections will not be issued if services are carried out against professional advice.
  • We reserve the right to decline compensation where full consent was given despite known risks.

3. Liability

  • We are not responsible for reactions to products if you fail to disclose allergies or relevant health information.
  • Children under 12 must be supervised at all times in the salon.

PART B – ONLINE STORE

1. Products & Availability

  • Certain products may be available exclusively online.
  • We strive to display product colours and images accurately, but cannot guarantee your screen’s display is exact.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

2. Orders & Billing

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, reselling, or incorrect information).
  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all purchases.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unaltered products in original packaging (with tags/security ties intact).
  • Non-returnable items: customised wigs/bundles, used or installed hair, and clearance items (unless faulty).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

4. Shipping

  • Standard UK delivery: 5–7 working days.
  • International delivery: up to 15 working days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

1. General Conditions
